Sloppy Prophet / Shiny Beast. ​2020
Sculpture / Video installation.

The Sloppy Prophet walks through the forest in a bathrobe smoking cigars, talking to an old friend on the phone. In the space the Shiny Beast reacts to the protagonist on screen through sound and movements, but we can't exactly understand it's reaction. In this physical / virtual dialogue on some of the issues our Sloppy Prophet is obviously concerned with, his friend sometimes shows us a counter image of our prophet: lost in the dark and lit up by a bright light, like a rabbit caught in the headlights of a fast approaching car.
