The Desert Here and the Desert Far Away (2024)
is a video triptych / installation that premiered at the GAFA Art Museum in Guangzhou, CN, on October 14th 2024 as part of the solo exhibition The Scene Changes. In this triptych, three scenes take place in very different kinds of landscapes, that are connected by the appearance of a mysterious object. This object changes the character that finds it and consequently sets off various events within these scenes. It is a story in three parts that plays with the concepts of time and space, and addresses the relation between mankind and nature, technology, and each other. Produced by: Unlimited Dream Company.
